Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the ALLESILK website (www.allesilk.com) for delivery to addresses within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. By placing an order with ALLESILK, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Processing Time

All orders are subject to verification and processing before shipment.

Standard Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)

Express Processing: 1 business day (for expedited shipping orders only)

Processing time begins after payment is successfully authorized and verified. Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

We reserve the right to delay or cancel orders for verification, fraud prevention, or inventory reasons, and will notify you promptly if any issues arise.

2.Shipping Methods & Delivery Times (U.S. Only)

We partner with trusted U.S. carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) to ensure reliable delivery. All delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs (for Alaska/Hawaii/territories).

3.Shipping Rates & Charges

Free Shipping Eligibility: Free standard shipping applies to orders totaling $50 or more (after discounts, before tax) shipped to the contiguous U.S. only.

Tax & Duties: All orders shipped to U.S. addresses are subject to applicable state and local sales tax, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. For orders to U.S. territories, additional customs duties or import fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delayed delivery, lost packages, or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact our customer service team at support@allesilk.com within 24 hours of order placement.

4.Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at checkout, including your tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier’s website.

Allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after shipment.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder or contact us at support@allesilk.com.

5.Delivery & Signature Requirements

Standard Delivery: Most packages are delivered without a signature. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery at our discretion.

Missed Deliveries: If you are unavailable to receive your package, the carrier will leave a delivery notice with instructions for redelivery or pickup at a local facility. Packages held at carrier facilities for more than 5–7 business days may be returned to us.

Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will notify you via email. You may choose to have the package reshipped (you will be responsible for additional shipping fees) or request a full refund (minus original shipping costs, if applicable).

6.Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, contact your local carrier office first to file a trace. Then, reach out to our customer service team at support@allesilk.com within 10 business days of the scheduled delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damaged Packages: Inspect your package upon delivery. If your product arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or repair at no additional cost to you.

7.International Shipping

This policy applies only to U.S. domestic orders. For international shipping information, please refer to our International Shipping Policy on our website.
