01. How to avoid overheating your hair and scalp?
The ALLESILK ES1 hair dryer is capped at a maximum temperature of 85°C to protect your hair and scalp. For safer blow-drying: keep the nozzle around 15 cm away from your hair, select a suitable temperature setting, and move the dryer side to side continuously while drying.
02. How long will it take to dry my hair?
Drying time varies based on hair thickness and length. Short hair can be fully dried in just 1–2 minutes. For shoulder-length or longer hair, it generally takes 5–6 minutes to dry thoroughly.
03. What voltage does it support? Can I use it for international travel across countries with different voltages?
Its rated voltage is 110–120V for the US market. ALLESILK hair dryers are calibrated exclusively for fast drying and styling under the voltage standard of the region where you purchase the unit, and it does not support automatic global voltage switching.
04. What benefits does ionic technology bring to hair?
Negative ions neutralize positive static charges on hair strands, seal the hair cuticles tightly, and effectively eliminate frizz and static electricity.
05. Is higher wattage always better for household hair dryers?
Not exactly. Higher wattage usually translates to greater heat output. For modern high-speed hair dryers, airflow matters far more than raw power.

06. Why shouldn’t you blow-dry hair right after washing?
Hair cuticles stay wide open when soaking wet. If you apply hot air directly at this stage, fast moisture evaporation strips too much hydration from strands, injures cuticles and results in dry, frizzy hair.
Correct routine: Gently blot excess water with a towel until no water drips down; apply hair care products; then proceed to blow-dry.
