Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services provided by ALLESILK (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”). The limited warranty set out in this Warranty Policy applies only to physical goods (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) purchased by you from ALLESILK or our authorized retailers and e-commerce platforms for your own domestic use and not for resale, including but not limited to ALLESILK brand IPL hair removal devices, hair dryers, facial beauty devices and their accompanying accessories. The entity responsible for this Warranty Policy is AMERICA ALLESILK E-COMMERCE CO., LTD.

1.Limited Warranty Coverage and Limitations

1.1 Core Warranty Standards

Subject to any other conditions and restrictions outlined in this Warranty Policy, ALLESILK warrants that the Products you purchase will be entitled to the following warranty services. When used normally in accordance with ALLESILK’s published product materials (including but not limited to user manuals, safety guidelines, specifications, service communications, as well as other use instructions provided to you and updated from time to time), the corresponding warranty coverage shall apply:

Whole Machine Warranty: Enjoy 2-year limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship of all core components of the Product host (such as the light-emitting module of hair removal devices, the motor of hair dryers, the radio frequency module of facial beauty devices, etc.);

Accessories Warranty: The accompanying accessories of the Product (including but not limited to chargers, power cords, replacement heads, storage bags, user manuals, etc., excluding gifts) enjoy 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty coverage includes defects in materials and workmanship of the accessories themselves.

1.2 Reservation of Statutory Rights

This Warranty Policy grants you contractual rights. Nothing in this Warranty Policy affects or limits your statutory warranty rights under the applicable laws of your place of residence, including the rights of consumers under laws and regulations governing the sale of consumer products that cannot be waived or limited by agreement.

2.Warranty Period

2.1 Commencement and Duration of Warranty

All warranty periods under this Policy commence on the date of delivery when you first purchase the Product (for domestic use and non-resale purposes) from ALLESILK’s official website or our authorized retailers and e-commerce platforms. The specific periods are as follows:

Whole Machine Warranty: 2 years (from the date of delivery to the expiration of the corresponding date in the 24th month);

Accessories Warranty: 6 months (from the date of delivery to the expiration of the corresponding date in the 6th month);

Warranty for Repaired/Replaced Products/Accessories: For a repaired or replaced whole machine, the warranty period shall be the unexpired portion of the original whole machine warranty period; for a repaired or replaced accessory, the warranty period shall be 6 months from the date of replacement or the unexpired portion of the original accessory warranty period, whichever is longer.

3.ALLESILK’s Resolution Process

3.1 Warranty Handling Methods

If a Product (whole machine or accessory) fails to function as warranted during the corresponding warranty period and you have submitted a valid claim as set out in Section 4 below, ALLESILK will, at its sole discretion, adopt one of the following handling methods:

(A) Repair the defective whole machine or accessory free of charge using new or functionally equivalent original accessories;

(B) Replace the defective whole machine or accessory with a new one of the same model;

(C) If the accessory is defective and no same-model replacement is available, provide you with an accessory discount voucher of corresponding value based on the remaining warranty ratio of the accessory (only applicable to purchasing corresponding accessories through ALLESILK official channels).

3.2 Limitations on Warranty Handling

3.2.1 If we, at our sole discretion, determine that repair or replacement is not feasible (such as product discontinuation, irreparable core components, etc.), any claim for loss or damage alleged to arise from product defects shall be subject to the provisions of Section 7 of this Warranty Policy.

3.2.2 If the warranty service involves the replacement of a Product or its accessories, the original Product or accessories shall become the property of ALLESILK, and the replaced Product or accessories shall become your property.

3.2.3 If an accessory malfunctions after the 6-month warranty period expires, we will no longer provide free warranty services, but may provide paid repair or accessory replacement services (specific fees can be consulted with customer service).

4.Warranty Service Request Process

4.1 Application Methods and Required Materials

You may request warranty service by contacting our customer service team at support@allesilk.com or submitting a Product Defect Form via this link. Please ensure that your request contains the following information; otherwise, it will be deemed an invalid application and we reserve the right to refuse to process it:

(A) Valid proof of purchase — Acceptable forms of proof include receipts, invoices indicating the purchase date, product model and purchase channel of the Product, or comparable sales documents;

(B) Relevant order number, product model, and product serial number (required for the whole machine; the corresponding whole machine serial number may be provided for accessories);

(C) Detailed description of the defect (clearly indicating whether it is a whole machine or accessory defect, defect phenomenon, occurrence time, usage scenario, etc.);

(D) Your contact information (name, phone number, detailed address, email address);

(E) Photos or videos related to the defect (not required, but helpful for us to quickly determine the cause of the defect);

(F) Other information that may help us process your request (not required).

4.2 Application Handling Process

4.2.1 Review and Confirmation: If your claim application meets the requirements of this Policy and is approved, we will send you an email confirmation within 1 business day, informing you of the subsequent return process; if the application does not meet the requirements, we will inform you by email to supplement materials or explain the reason for refusing the warranty.

4.2.2 Product Return: We will send a pre-paid shipping label to your address for you to return the defective Product (whole machine or accessory). Please return all items in the original packaging (including defective parts, accessories, and a copy of the proof of purchase), and package them properly to avoid secondary damage during transportation.

4.2.3 Repair/Replacement and Return: After we receive the defective Product, we will complete the defect detection and repair/replacement within 7 working days. After the repair/replacement is completed, we will send it back to you free of charge via logistics and inform you of the logistics information by email.

4.3 Circumstances for Termination of Warranty Policy

To the extent permitted by law, ALLESILK reserves the right to terminate the effectiveness of this Warranty Policy and no longer provide any warranty services if any of the following circumstances occur:

(A) You are in breach of this Warranty Policy or the terms of sale of the Product;

(B) The Product (whole machine or accessory) has been refunded but not returned to ALLESILK;

(C) The Product is used outside the market where it is purchased;

(D) ALLESILK identifies that the Product (whole machine or accessory) is involved in any suspected fraud, or is counterfeit, stolen, or lost during transportation;

(E) The malfunction of the Product (whole machine or accessory) is caused by reasons not covered by the warranty (see Section 5 for details).

5.Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

5.1 Exclusion of Subjects

The coverage of this Warranty Policy does not apply to subsequent owners of the Product (whole machine or accessory), but only to the original consumer who purchased the Product for the first time.

5.2 Exclusion of Purchase Channels

Products (whole machine or accessory) obtained from unauthorized sellers (including unauthorized websites, individual sellers, etc.) are not eligible for coverage under this Warranty Policy.

5.3 Exclusion of Defect Causes

This Warranty Policy (including the 2-year whole machine warranty and 6-month accessory warranty) does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by the following reasons, and we will not provide free warranty services:

(A) Normal wear and tear caused by your use of the Product, including but not limited to cosmetic damage to the whole machine such as scratches, dents, and broken plastic, and natural aging and wear of accessories (such as broken charger cables, worn replacement heads, etc.);

(B) Accidents, misuse, abuse, exposure to dirt or water, tampering, modification, repair, unreasonable use, or failure to perform reasonable and necessary product maintenance obligations (such as failure to clean the light-emitting window of the hair removal device in a timely manner, blockage of the air inlet of the hair dryer, etc.);

(C) Repair or modification operations carried out or attempted by unauthorized service agencies or individuals;

(D) Damages or malfunctions resulting from the use of non-ALLESILK original accessories, parts, or attachments;

(E) Damages caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters such as floods, fires, earthquakes, and lightning strikes, or accidental damages during transportation (not caused by our logistics link);

(F) Damages or malfunctions resulting from the commercial use of a Product intended for personal domestic use only;

(G) Damages or malfunctions caused by usage beyond the intended or normal operating conditions of the Product (such as using non-specified voltage, illegal operation, etc.);

(H) Failure to provide valid proof of purchase, or the information on the proof of purchase does not match the product serial number;

(I) Any Product (whole machine or accessory) for which a full refund has been issued to the customer;

(J) Any malfunction of the Product (whole machine or accessory) that occurs after the expiration of the corresponding warranty period.

5.4 Other Exclusions

This Warranty Policy only covers Products (whole machine or accessory) purchased through authorized channels and kept in their original condition. Please note that complimentary gifts provided with the Product and prizes won through ALLESILK giveaways (whether whole machines or accessories) are not covered under this Warranty Policy; accessories damaged or lost due to human factors are not eligible for free warranty and replacement services.

6.Use of Personal Information

To provide you with the requested warranty services, we need to use your personal information, including but not limited to the details of your request and your contact information such as your name, phone number, address, and email address. ALLESILK will process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws (including GDPR, CCPA, etc.), strictly protect the security of your information, and will not disclose it to third parties without authorization (except for authorized third parties required by laws and regulations or service needs).

7.Disclaimers and Implied Warranties

7.1 Exclusion of Implied Warranties

Save for any warranties in relation to the Products implied under applicable law in respect of title, quiet possession, description, satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and samples and defective products (each if any), all warranties, representations or conditions that might be implied or incorporated into the Terms of Sale by statute, common law or otherwise are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any responsibility on us that the Products are fit for your particular purposes.

7.2 Disclaimer of Other Warranties

Except for the warranties expressly set forth in this Policy (2-year whole machine warranty and 6-month accessory warranty), we make no warranty whatsoever with respect to the Products (whole machine or accessory), including any warranty of merchantability, warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade, whether express or implied by law, which are hereby expressly disclaimed.

8.Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limitation of Damages

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ALLESILK shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if ALLESILK has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal or equitable theory.

8.2 Cap on Liability

Under no circumstances shall ALLESILK’s liability under this Warranty Policy exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective Product (whole machine or accessory): among them, the cap on liability for whole machine defects shall be the actual purchase price of the whole machine; the cap on liability for accessory defects shall be the separate selling price of the accessory (if there is no separate selling price, it shall be calculated at 5%-20% of the whole machine’s selling price, and the specific ratio shall be determined according to the value of the accessory).

8.3 Statute of Limitations

Any legal action, lawsuit, or other proceeding to enforce the terms of this Warranty Policy must be commenced within two (2) years from the date of the alleged defect or failure of the Product (whole machine or accessory), regardless of when the defect or failure is discovered. After this two (2) year period, any such action shall be barred.

8.4 Exceptions to Liability Limitation

8.4.1 The above liability limitations shall also apply in favor of our representatives, employees and agents.

8.4.2 The above liability limitations shall not apply in the event of intent, fraud or gross negligence, or where there are conflicting provisions under applicable statutory law which shall prevail.
